The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the historic Fort Kochi area and its attractions. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests.- The room was comfortable and clean, with good amenities provided.
The breakfast offered at the hotel was not up to par, with limited options and disappointing quality. The outdoor seating area was not very comfortable, with low seats and inadequate proximity to the tables.

The hotel had excellent facilities and offered a delicious breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a smooth check-in experience and even decorating our bed for a special occasion. The room itself was beautifully decorated and had one of the best bathrooms we have ever seen. The location was perfect, situated near a peaceful parade ground and within walking distance of a church frequented by foreigners.

The location of the hotel is excellent, situated on the Parade Ground and near a church frequented by foreigners. the room is spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a good pressure hot shower. the staff at the Trinity are friendly and welcoming, and there was even a welcome bottle of Indian wine and fruit waiting for us upon arrival.
The breakfasts at both the Trinity and the sister hotel, Malabar House, were disappointing.

Loved the art-filled unique decor of the rooms and the hot showers offered by the outdoor bathroom. the location was ideal with easy access to the main attractions by walking or tuk-tuk. the staff was welcoming and friendly.
Breakfast was nothing special, there was no cozy outdoor seating, and the WiFi was a bit spotty at times. a decent stay, but a bit overpriced for what it offers.
